One mile East of I-25  Exit 181.  The Exit is a couple miles south of the Castle Rock Outlets.

Drop Off Guidelines:  

v     Please allow 15-30 minutes for drop off.

v     Please have clothing sorted by gender and size.

v     Please bring in clothing first so we can begin inspecting while you bring in other big items.

v     Plan to assemble large items such as cribs.  They will sell much better if assembled.

v     If you have over 300 items, please email us to let us know ahead of time.  You can bring any amount but it will help for us to expect it and be prepared. 

v     Double check all tags to ensure you have your consignor number and price.  Any item without this information cannot be sold.  You’d be surprised how easy it is to forget.. double check!

v     If you have some items rejected do not take it personal.  We only accept items in great condition.

v     If your item is rejected for issues such as incorrectly hung on hanger, tags in wrong position, no batteries, re-taping etc. you can fix it at that time and resubmit it.  We will have a limited supply of batteries for purchase. 

v     Make sure you bring a self addressed stamped envelope.  If you forget, we will provide it and a $1 fee will be deducted from your consignment check.

v     A $10 consignment fee will be assessed but will be taken out of your consignment check after the sale.  There are NO upfront fees!

v     If you need to have someone other than yourself drop off your items, please email us for an agreement form.  We cannot accept any consignments without a signed agreement. 

v     After all items are accepted, we will collect your agreement form and give you your consignor presale pass.  Each consignor also gets a guest pass! 

Then you are done!  Go home and enjoy your time while we hold the sale and earn some money for you! You can expect your check within 2 weeks.

***Please try not to bring children to the drop off/pick up or sales event.  The sales get very busy at times and it is not advisable to have children present.  Babies in carriers or toddlers in strollers are ok.  (strollers are still not a good option as the floors can be very crowded.) If you have to bring older children, they will HAVE to remain with you at all times.

****In the future, as the sale grows, there will be a time when children are not allowed unless they are in a carrier.
